Responsibilities: To advise the county commission on all matters pertaining to the recreation services & facilities, street lighting & law enforcement in Silver Springs Shores Special Tax District. 

Members are elected by the residents of Silver Springs Shores in November elections. Applicants must be registered voters and residents of Silver Spring Shores Special Tax District. 

• If interested in qualifying, applicants must file a letter of intent with the Marion County Supervisor of Elections.
